BitShift

BitShift is a binary puzzle game where you slide 0s and 1s across a 5×5 grid to recreate the target binary sequence.

Bits slide in a straight line until they hit an obstacle. Match the target horizontally or vertically  in either direction  to clear the matching bits and score points.

How to Play

• Move Bits: Select a bit and move it in one of the four directions. It will slide until it reaches an obstacle.
• Create Blocks: Select adjacent bits to link them together into a block.
• Blocks: Once created, blocks stay in place and act as obstacles. Use them to control where other bits stop and build your target sequences.
• Targets: Recreate the displayed binary sequence horizontally or vertically, forwards or backwards.
• Bit Progress: Complete targets to progress from 2-Bit to 8-Bit. Reach 8-Bit and keep going for higher cycles and scores!

Powers

Three powers can help you when the grid gets tricky:

• Bit Change — Flip a bit from 0 → 1 or 1 → 0.
• Bit Switch — Swap the positions of two bits.
• Bit Shift — Shift the entire grid horizontally, wrapping bits from one side to the other.
